Artificial Lift
MTU-04 is a high-capacity pumping unit driven by a Caterpillar 3406 industrial engine rated at 269 HP @ 1800 rpm and coupled to a Weatherford W300Q quintuplex pump. The system is designed for up to 4,300 PSI and a maximum of 41,114 BFPD, using 5" stroke, 1 7/8" plungers and 12 gallons pump oil capacity. A Weatherford 300Q W300H gear reducer and 40 BLS ACINDEC horizontal tank (6000 BFPD, 9-minute residence time, 400 PSI @ 200°F) complete the package, making MTU-04 ideal for large-volume injection, transfer and production enhancement projects.
